I wanted to thank you, Mike and Steve, for the excellent service when I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion last week. I was nervous going in solo as young woman for a first car purchase. I was honestly shocked when I walked into the dealership and mentioned looking at cars online to someone who immediately took me to you two, who had been talking with me online. It was rewarding to know I wasn't being sent to the next person down the line. Rather, both of you sat me down and listened to my story and found me my car within minutes. It seems reasonable that I would find at least one category where I would rate Archie Cochrane below excellent. That didn't happen because I couldn't find one. I have been known to buy at least one personal car every two years and I cannot recall any expereince better than my experience at Archi eCochrane. Very Professional, yet very personal
